My goal as a therapist and social worker is to make a difference in our community through supporting children and families in mental health and healing. Working with the right therapist can create such a positive impact on daily living, not only for the client but for their loved ones as well. My approach is collaborative and personalized, rooted in the latest research designed to help clients gain the tools and confidence to face life’s challenges.
As a mother of two young children and partner to a school teacher, I see firsthand the unique responsibilities this generation of parents and children are facing. Navigating school, home life, work, extracurricular activities, cost of living, technology, health, etc. is hard, especially with so much conflicting information at our fingertips 24/7. When we work together you can expect me to be a non-judgmental, welcoming, and supportive presence in a safe therapeutic setting.
We can figure this out and grow together. “We CAN do hard things!”
If it’s out of your hands, it deserves freedom from your mind too.
