Learning, Healing, and Growing are my goals for your journey in life. Starting therapy can be intimidating and I am so happy you're taking this step to find a therapist. As a therapist, I am honored to collaborate with clients on their journey toward growth and well-being. I aim to bring authenticity, dedication, and a dash of humor into the space as a way to build a solid foundation in building relationships. From this place of connection, you get to move closer to your goal of becoming more steady, confident, and at ease.
I work with clients on anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, generational trauma, and ADHD, from a strength-based, person-centered approach. Modalities most often include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, talk therapy, psychoeducation and other approaches to best meet a client's needs.
I provide a warm welcoming environment where you can feel like yourself, without judgment. Together we can overcome those feelings and find ways to attain your goals. Whether you're seeking support for personal growth, managing a mental health condition, or navigating life’s challenges, I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. Feel free to reach out—I'm dedicated to supporting you every step of the way, Ikwanaamo (Take a deep breath).
