I’m Jodi Crist, the Administrative Coordinator at Caught Dreamin' Therapy. I hold a degree in English and Health from Central Michigan University and bring 30 years of experience as an educator, having taught English, Reading, and Personal Living classes at Ishpeming Middle/High School.

After retiring from teaching, I transitioned into my current role, where I help clients navigate the therapy onboarding process. I play a vital role in matching clients with the right clinician, processing paperwork, explaining insurance benefits, and answering questions about billing, scheduling, and any other questions our clients may have.

Outside of my professional life, I’m passionate about reading, cooking, and spending time outdoors walking, especially in nature. I cherish quality time with my family and my playful puppy, Ruby, and find joy in life’s simple moments.
