Rooting for You: Jamie’s Grounding Yoga Flow
Hello Dreamers!
We’re excited to share a special Yoga Video with all of you, presented by CDT’s therapist, Jamie Fiorucci, LMSW RYT 200.
In celebration of our bodies, minds, and spirits—especially during the month of February—Jamie leads you through a slow, grounding flow that nourishes the Root Chakra. The Root Chakra is our body’s first chakra, located below the navel at the base of the spine. It is also associated with the color red and represents our foundation and stability.
What to Expect:
Equipment Needed: Yoga mat, yoga blocks, and a strap or necktie (optional, to assist in the poses).
Style & Flow: Jamie’s practice is suitable for all levels—whether you're a beginner or more advanced. The focus is on deepening your breath and moving through slow, mindful movements.
Your Practice: Always listen to your body. Move only to what is comfortable, and avoid forcing any positions that cause discomfort.
Time: 30 minutes flow, 10 minutes Savasana Enjoy!
